Established in 1933 when Mr. Aneite Reis inherited a modest 5 hectares, the farm has since expanded significantly under the stewardship of José Carlos Reis and his son, Flávio Reis, representing the second and third generations of the family. Rancho Grande Farm is dedicated to producing high-quality coffee responsibly, with a focus on environmental preservation and employee welfare. Sustainable practices at the farm include integrated pest management, biological control, an integration system, and the use of organo-mineral fertilizers. The farm also prioritizes conservation, with legally protected areas, renewable energy usage, a CO2-neutral initiative, and a detailed plan for preserving springs and protecting wildlife. The Reis family’s commitment to excellence and sustainability reflects their dedication to quality, ensuring that Rancho Grande Farm’s legacy continues to thrive while meeting modern environmental standards
