We’re excited to introduce our new decaf coffee, now sourced from Rwanda. It comes from Lala Salama, a farm known for producing clean and complex coffees. This replaces our previous Ugandan decaf, and we're really pleased with the result.
This lot uses the CO₂ decaf process, a gentle and natural method that removes caffeine while keeping the coffee’s original flavor intact. It’s a Red Bourbon varietal with a rich and layered profile.
Tasting notes:
Plum, dark chocolate, nutmeg, and toffee. Sweet, full-bodied, and beautifully balanced without the caffeine.
It's a smooth, satisfying option for any time of day.
